A practical route from concept to production

  1. Define the requirements

    We review the drawing, specification, intended use, quantity and critical project constraints.

  2. Engineer the solution

    We develop or refine the design, select materials and prepare a manufacturable technical package.

  3. Select the manufacturing route

    In-house and partner processes are combined according to technical fit, quality requirements and project scale.

  4. Prototype and validate

    The first parts, assembly or machine are verified before repeat production.

  5. Deliver repeat production

    Once the solution is approved, we support repeat orders and controlled low- or medium-volume production.
